Lloyds Banking Group | 2023
This initiative introduced a user-friendly journey that enables clients to create, approve/reject standing orders, and efficiently manage them through a dedicated dashboard.
Converted 25 offline forms into a secure and convenient online system, allowing more than 4000 commercial banking clients to independently manage their service alteration requests online
With KNX, I worked on developing a solution for cross-domain collaboration by building dashboards that reflected the company's core values of security and responsibility.
About me
Hi! I am Anu :) A product designer based out of London. Currently working at Lloyds Banking Group.
I enjoy every aspect of product design, from making cool icons and talking to users to digging into data, planning strategies, writing docs, and creating eye-catching visuals. I'm at my best when I connect the big picture with the tiniest details, balance high-impact business goals with great user experiences, or come up with a fresh look for things. I like working closely with all sorts of departments, like development, marketing, product, business, and operations.

Having worked with Anu as the key UX designer on a couple of high profile projects, she is able to take a vague outline brief and turn it into a straightforward, logical and coherent journey, even in short timescales.
She is proactive, making suggestions and providing alternatives, helping to bring a new journey to life. Above all, a pleasure to work with and have on the team. Thank you!

Because of Anu's proactive attitude, she has picked up the WoW, culture and technical capabilities so quickly that i have let her run delivery projects & products by herself.
Has the technical capability and the maturity to work with large design systems in complex environments, sticking to the brand whilst creating journeys that are useful for the customer.
Overall Anu has added value to all the teams she has worked across in Lloyds

Lead Service Designer,
Lloyds Banking Group
Anu is a natural design thinker. She has a talent for taking complex systems and presenting them simply and beautifully. Anu demonstrated an excellent working knowledge of agile methodologies; including working cross-functionally to understand the story and be able to dynamically incorporate stakeholder feedback into design, considering the end to end value for colleagues and customers alike. Anu is a true asset to any team and I would happily recommend her to anyone keen to snap her up for themselves!

There are loads of cool stuff out here, but honestly, this text isn't one of them. I'd suggest you stop reading now. There's really nothing interesting here, just some filler to make things look good. Seriously, quit reading. I'm almost out of words to type. If you dare to read the next sentence, you might be in for seven years of exceptionally good luck!
